Experiences with Zolpidem

I am bi-polar and would never sleep If I didn't have Ambien. I've never had a problem with it and I have taken it for several years. I would recommend it to anyone who is having a problem sleeping.

I too have been on it for years but had to stay on regular Ambien because with Ambien CR, I did have sleep walking side effects. With my CIDP, I have been unable to sleep because of muscle spasms and pain. Ambien is the only way I get a decent night sleep. I take a half to whole pill depending on what I feel I need that night. I haven't had to increase my dose at all to achieve sleep.
