I love this stuff! I've tried lots of herbal remedies for cold and flu. Some work well for me and some do not. This one works particularly well. It starts working very quickly -- hours. And usually within 4-6 hours I am feeling a lot better. If I take it properly for a few days, 4-5 times a day, I barely even notice that I had a cold. I now keep this at home and in my travel bag so I always have it when I need it. Definitely highly recommend.
