Would recommend it
Upside? Sweet, mostly natural (what is marketed for sweetening is processed pretty thoroughly), and you can cook with it. No calories.
Downside? There is an aftertaste that you need to get used to when not using it to cook. It's not bad, just odd. Well, to me, at least.

I have used Stevia for about six years to sweeten coffee, oatmeal, yogurt, or anything else that needs a sweetener. Can't say I've noticed an aftertaste, but it does taste a little diferent than table sugar.

sometimes a mild aftertaste like "caramel taste " caused by using more than necessary
