Last year my blood test revealed a Total Cholesterol level of 254 mg/Dl. I started taking 1.8 g of CholestOff (Sterol/Stanol) Tablets twice a day. After 10 weeks, my Total Cholesterol was retested and was lowered to 196. I also did aerobic exercise 3 times a week and ate more plants and vegetables.
