I have experimented for many years with the raw food diet and find it to be an effective way to cleanse and rejuvenate the system. While not everyone would feel comfortable doing it on a long-term basis, as a short-term health adjunct and as the cornerstone of a healthy diet, the power of raw foods cannot be overstated.
I personally find raw foods to be one of the most potent tonics in the arsenal of natural health remedies, improving my energy, focus, stamina, mood and complexion.
