I love swimming, and find that it helps, but I need some ideas on what else to do to cure depression. Any quick and easy ideas?!
Change your environment, get in the sun, volunteer, do something nice for someone, hang out with good people, smile as much as possible, shower, get dressed, clean your space, have a small goal each day and complete it, exercise, eat well, sleep well, laugh, remind yourself the following, even when you don't believe it can be done; 'don't sweat the small stuff, and it's all small stuff.' :-)
Think positive. if 1/2 glass of water fall down , do not cry for that, rather think you have still 1/2 glass of water. secondly i always use the book "stop worry and start living" by DEL KARNEGY when i get depressed. i always use to recomodate this book as a tonic for deprssed person.
