I have used lemon balm first and it did wonders, and I then combined herbs for circulation and concentration properties based on Dr. Schulze's Brain Formula. The new formula is being used by many, and those that went off medications say this is better without the side effects.
I have seen lemon balm do the trick, but would suggest addressing constipation and circulation issues as well. Ginkgo would be great for circulation
I have seen many people with ADHD get off medication and do better in school using a tincture formula I put together. Contains: lemon balm, oatstraw, ginkgo, rosemary, kola nut, gotu kola, cayenne pepper.
Interesting. Sounds like you have some great experience with this, what led you toward this specific combination?
No response in 8 months has to make one wonder. Are the good effects from substances and their combination established? Come through trial and error?
Sorry about lapse in seeing your comments. I have based this on a research mentioned in a paper by Terry Lemerond, and on a formula by Dr. R. Schulze. Combining them gave very effective results in the many I have recommended it to. That should hopefully answer the questions you have. There are no official studies for this combination, but then do you eat a meal after first checking for possible interactions? These ingredients are herbs/spices/foods in many cases and can be safely used together. I always ask patients to report to me results either way and have only heard positive so far.
If only we all asked these questions with medications and prescription drugs...
