Due to consequences from prostrate cancer treatment, I requested and received a semi rigid penile implant. I've had no negative effects and have a normal sex life. I'm 75 years of age and received the implant 5 years ago.

its painful at first whilst healing and feels a bit weird,but after settling and swelling goes down,rock hard and would recommend it definately.
