I have only recently found Troxerutin as an ingredient in a medication called 'Venoruton' - I had to purchase it from a Czech company, as it is not available in Australia. I have constantly swollen legs, most likely as a result of the heart medication I am taking, but also because 20 years ago I had most of my larger leg veins removed (by injection) - thus there is IMO a traffic congestion happening in my lower legs. My husband used the same medication for Haemorrhoids and it helped. Venoruton contains: Heparin sodium, Rutoside and Troxerutin.

I shall report once I have more dramatic results, but so far, after only 3 day's medication 2X 300 mg per day I wake up in the mornings with normal legs - they eventually swell up again, if I am working behind the computer too long. I am an 82-year old woman, and otherwise I am in good health (I am being treated for blood pressure only).
