I would recommend this if you are looking to gain weight HOWEVER only use temporary as I have been on it about a month and 1/2 and decided to go off it because I have put my weight back on and when I started going off it cold turkey I begin to get very cranky and could not sleep at night. I also have noticed some brain fog while on it. For temporary use for fast weight gain I think it would be ok but long term use "no". And I would recommend to taper off of it and not stopping cold turkey.
