I am a holistic health practitioner, who has many food alletgies, and sensitivities, also topical. Ive been taking gotu kola , long term, 2 caps(solaray) every night, never having allergic reaction. I take, because of its cooling antibacterial properties and oxigenization of the brain.Lots of herbs I cant do, this one ok.
