Most definitely yoga has made the biggest impact on my fibromylgia pain. If I hit feel pain I progress slowly and make sure I am breathing long slow deep breaths which seem to greatly aid in the pain issues. I use to avoid being touched because the pain was so great. Now, I get massages regularly and use the breathing techniques to deal with the pain. I often will visualize the pain as being red and then visualize that I am breathing out the red. Slowly, long and deep breaths until the pain subsides. Hope this is helpful!! :)

Sometimes it gives me short-term relief for a couple of hours afterwards. And that's a blessing.
