I have been an EFT Therapist for about 15 years. I use EFT in combination with Law of Attraction Coaching, Reiki, and sometimes other modalities. In all these years, I have only had one client who did not experience at least some relief from the issue they were addressing. Most of my clients experience significant relief, and some even say they can hardly remember why they felt the need to seek help in the first place.

While EFT does share some elements with traditional forms of therapy, it generally works much faster. It has no side effects and can eliminate serious emotional (and even physical) problems quickly, often in one session. It is easy to learn and you can do it on yourself. However, if you do not get results, it may help to work with an experienced professional. You can find instructions and lots more information about EFT on my website - www.Healitall.com

Could you give some examples of issues you've addressed with EFT? Thanks for what you've already shared!

Examples of issues that my clients cleared or improved with EFT are food cravings, self-worth issues, childhood trauma memories, physical pains, emotional responses to family turmoil, grief, assorted fears, money issues, and deep-seated sadness. Any limiting belief that keeps you stuck can be cleared with EFT with persistent tapping. I even healed a wart from my own finger that I hadn't been able to remove for 19 years, simply by tapping on the issue for a few weeks.

I highly recommend trying EFT for anything that may be bothering you. It can't do any harm to try it, and you may be amazed at the positive results.

I used EFT for my anxiety and it was very helpful. What is nice about it is once you learn the technique, you can utilize it whenever needed. I found that it was on necessary to see the therapist a few times before I became comfortable with using EFT on my own. Its a great, simple tool that relaxes the body and distracts the mind.
