I have the new blue gelcap version and it is working wonderfully. I hardly ever take anything besides a vitamin but the hot flashes were too much so I had to try something and iCool is hormone free. It immediately reduced the severity of my hot flashes which gradually reduced for the first couple days. By day three they were completely gone. I haven't had one since. I just bought my second box. I have gained a little weight but that could be caused by my menopause changes or less gym time last few weeks. Pretty sure I'll drop back down when I get back into my diet exercise routine.
