Eating lots of fruits and vegetables, and staying away from processed foods! I also try to exercise daily, even if it's just a brisk walk.
I have had some stomach challenges, and have used integrated health methods to solve my problems. Not only did I try out traditional medicine, but I also used herbs, changed my exercise routine and most importantly, my diet.... (more)

I have had many stomach problems since I can remember and was suggested I try the GAPS diet after exhausting all outlets. After following the diet for 6 months, I noticed a great shift in my stomach. I was able to tolerate foods that normally disagreed with my stomach. I had more energy and my body felt clean and cleansed. Although the diet is great for people suffering from mental challenges, it's also great for anyone who has stomach problems. It's the best way possible to clear your stomach of bad bacteria and gain healthy, beneficial bacteria....
