How I Stay Healthy

Eating lots of fruits and vegetables, and staying away from processed foods! I also try to exercise daily, even if it's just a brisk walk.

I have had many stomach problems since I can remember and was suggested I try the GAPS diet after exhausting all outlets. After following the diet for 6 months, I noticed a great shift in my stomach. I was able to tolerate foods that normally disagreed with my stomach. I had more energy and my body felt clean and cleansed. Although the diet is great for people suffering from mental challenges, it's also great for anyone who has stomach problems.
