Panic Disorder and Skullcap
Skullcap gave me palpitations, difficulty breathing, chest pain, lightheadedness and a dangerously high pulse. I was informed it would ease anxiety like a vallium. It is more like the complete opposite causing extreme worsening of my anxiety symptoms.
