Shared experience with
Hypertension and Alpha Blockers
It does help keeping my BP at a almost normal levels, how ever since a month I have been taking green coffee 1600mg a day and NAC 600mg a day, since 20 years I have been using Amlodipine 10 mg, this morning I had a medical and at my great surprise was told I have low BP.....so I will be monitoring myself for a few days and see if it stay low, I will of course stop taking my BP medication, unless my BP rise again.
