Shared experience with Ulcerative Colitis and Low Sulfur Diet 13 years ago

I read about a woman who ate only a low sulfur diet for 6 months, and then her biopsy during a colonoscopy showed no ulcerative colitis. Please keep in mind that some of the meds prescribed for UC contain sulfur. Now I am eating a low sulfur diet and only using sfRowasa (sulfur-free enema) and am having no symptoms at all.
