I was diagnosed with having tubal lesions and fibroids in my uterus about 29 years ago. First I had a laparotomy and six months after, I got pregnant. My two prenancies were delivered through CS but I lost the first boy. The second boy is now 25 years and ever since I have not gotten pregnant even for a day.

Am afraid at 55 years, I still have very heavy menstration period with clots and no sign that it will stop soon. What could have been the cause of the problem because each time I notice my lower abdomen is very hard. Please any help??
