After years of trial and error and hundreds of thousands of words read, my first "go-to" person for advice on ANY health matter or supplement/herb issue is Dr Joseph Mercola. His website is amazing and his newsletter is awesome. His products are probably the absolute best and purest that money can buy . I can't afford to buy all my products through his brand, but I do highly value is judgement and reasoning, and base what I buy at my health food store off of his recommendations.

The liquid extract of bacopa has been a life changer for me. I emphasize liquid extract, because I've tried every capsule and caplet in every health food store in my city, and none compare to the liquid. It has helped me in my return to college (after twenty years) and helped my wife pass the nursing boards, her friend with her nursing boards, and my brother in law with his mechanic certification exam. It allows me to have near total recall on the texts I study, eases all forms of anxiety, and even gives sudden vivid recall of past memories that I had long since forgotten about. After failing their boards four times due to extreme test anxiety, my wife and friend passed after a two week supplementation run with bacopa leading up to the last test . Same with my brother in law and his test . There really IS scientific evidence this stuff works. Check it by doing a search of "bacopa pubmed". Pubmed has all scientific studies done on darn near everything. I can honestly say that bacopa is one supplement I will NOT go without .
