Shared experience with Allergic Rhinitis and Saline Nasal Spray 12 years ago

Its hard for me to say yet. I just went to ENT and I have a deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy. My walls are touching and doc says it wont change me anatomically, it will promote airflow and let my nose run...simply saline is good b/c its in a mist. I do have allergic rhinitis as well. Nasal steroids along with 2ndu generation antihistamine. Is great. I like zyrtec b/c it covers indoor and outdoor allergies and im not sure what my allergen is.
