I've been taking the GCBE pills for three days now, and the only concern I have is when I first take them. About five minutes after taking the pills, I feel an extreme wave of nausea that usually subsides in 10-15 minutes. I ride it out because it's worth it in the end, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar.
