Hello, I am an educator by profession and I was given 3 bottles of Low Three by a friend who is in the health supplement business. After I finished the 3 bottles, I had my blood work done and everything was within normal. These include my cholesterol, glucose, AST, ALT, everything was perfect. My doctor was so impressed. So I bought another 3 bottles and when those 3 bottles were consumed, I asked to purchase more. However my friend told me HTE, the company that distribute the Low Three stopped selling this product because not enough people buys them. She said their customers all use the Chi Machine and Hot House and just the regular use of these equipments gave them very healthy blood work. In other words there is no reason to buy the Low Three.

What's in the Low Three? There are three ingredients in each Low Three bottle. The main one is Chitosan. So I told my doctor about it, he said if it works for you look for other brand of Chitosan. So I went to the Nutrition Store and purchased Nature's brand Chitosan. I am still taking it currently. I realized that chitosan would absorb other vitamins and minerals needed by our bodies, so I only take chitosan 4 hours before and after I take my multi vitamins. Vitamins that are fat soluble may readily be absorbed by Chitosan. So we have to be careful to take our multi vitamins 4 hours before and after to make sure chitosan does not take those vitamins away from you.

Since my first perfect blood work report, I have 2 more blood work, and everything is still perfect.

I would recommend chitosan to people who are struggling with high cholesterol. I would prefer to use chitosan instead of a prescribed drug such as lipitor, as I am sure lipitor would have worse long term side effects.

If we are careful when taking chitosan, I believe it is still safer than prescription drugs. Since chitosan is just shell fish, and unless you are allergic to seafood and shellfish, it is safe to indulge and enjoy healthy blood work. I have blood work done every 6 months. I am pleased with it!
