The holidays are right upon us – and you may just need some herbs for indigestion! Eating too much can cause indigestion. Eating too fast can cause indigestion. Eating foods you are unfamiliar with can cause indigestion, too.

And who knows what’s in the recipes people are bringing to the holiday get-togethers? Are they including sugar that upsets your stomach – and brain? Do they contain GMO corn, soy, canola, or wheat?

Do you recall holiday get-togethers where you developed a case of indigestion? Maybe your indigestion resulted because you became constipated. Maybe it was because it activated your reflux and/or burping. Maybe indigestion resulted because you consumed a food or beverage that had something in it that causes food sensitivities in your body.

Or maybe the conversation you were having with people during the time you were eating was so emotional that you developed indigestion.

No matter what the reason, it’s smart to plan ahead. Don’t go to the next holiday party without a little baggie in your purse or car that contains herbs for indigestion.
